CACAO CEREMONY FACILITATOR GUIDE
a path to inner wisdom
Hello, my name is Keissy. I am a cacao ceremony facilitator, a guide to the spiritual world, a practitioner of energy activation and elevation, and an herbalist.

I created this guide for you to better understand cacao, its spirit, and how to prepare for a cacao ceremony or simply how to prepare it at home, so that it can become part of your daily practice
.
I will share some tips and recommendations to help you deepen your connection with this sacred plant. You can also find high-quality cacao on my website; links and contact information will be provided at the end of this guide.

Cacao has been honored and treated with deep respect for many centuries, and it can offer you countless benefits.

I believe that when the energy of fear rises in the world, one of the most powerful things we can do is to focus on the vibration of love and raise it within ourselves.

Cacao ceremonies are spiritual rituals designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your body, nature, and the spirit of cacao. This practice blends ancient traditions with modern approaches to meditation and healing.

I invite you to take a moment to set a personal intention from your heart. Place your hand on your chest and breathe deeply. Speak your intention aloud — a wish to open yourself to new knowledge and allow it to integrate into your entire being on all levels: physical, emotional, and intellectual. This will help you truly feel the power and beauty of this plant and establish a profound connection with its spirit.

History of Cacao: A Sacred Legacy
Cacao has been revered for over 4,000 years, beginning with the Olmec civilization in present-day southern Mexico around 1500 B.C. From there, the Maya and Aztecs elevated cacao into a central part of their spiritual, social, and economic life. It became both a divine gift and a symbol of abundance and wisdom. The legacy of cacao continues today through ceremonial practices aimed at healing, meditation, and connecting with nature.
