The Medicine
We believe that in each part of the world, nature has hidden its secrets in plants and living organisms. Those mysterious plants, whether in Latin America or the rest of the world, contain a somehow similar molecule, which is based on the natural neurotransmitter that the human body secretes, called “Tryptamine”.
Tryptamine, or more commonly known as Dimethyl-Tryptamine “DMT” or “N,N-DMT” is the active ingredient in almost all commonly used Plant Medicines.
The DMT molecule is found in ancient Amazonian brews, the likes of Ayahuasca, and in other plants such as Acacia and Iboga, as well as many other tree barks, roots and leaves.
It is also present in great and sufficient quantities in Blue Mushrooms that contain “Psilocybin”.
As you prepare for this transformative experience, it’s essential to create a conducive environment for your journey. Here are some guidelines to help you get ready

Light Fasting: Consider incorporating light fasting in the days leading up to the ceremony to enhance your receptivity to the medicine.
Eat Lightly: Consume only light meals, focusing on easily digestible foods like salads, fruits, and smoothies.
Fasting: It is often recommended to fast for several hours (or until the ceremony begins) to allow your body to be clear and open for the experience
Abstain from Substances: Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and medications at least 48 hours before the ceremony. Also, abstain from sexual activity to maintain your energy for the journey.
Inform the Facilitator: If you are currently taking any medications, especially antidepressants or any medications that affect serotonin levels, please inform the facilitator prior to the ceremony. It may be necessary to postpone your journey to ensure your safety and well-being.
